Qi Gong 101 Classes resume

After a brief pause to create time for me to travel to teach and the Portugal trip we will begin again exploring the five elements of Qi Gong practice in September. Iron Shirt will be our focus to strengthen our tendons and facilitate chi flow. As always meditation will be part of the class and instruction to teach awareness based in the Chinese Medical Qi Gong model.
