Chi Kung 101 Class: Or everything you wanted to know about Chi but were afraid to ask!

Join us on Monday evenings 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and find out what the meridians are all about. How we are supposed to breathe. How we are supposed to move so that we are in concert with Chi (energy). Mary Ellen will guide you as you explore the wisdom of Taoist practice and the information you would already know if you were brought up in the east.

Available in blocks of 5 at $100. Classes renew continuously and focus changes as the classes develop.

Guided imagery and regression series

Three one hour classes exploring the power of the mind using guided imagery.

Chakra balancing guided imagery session
Spirit guide guided imagery session
Regression guided imagery session

Mary Ellen will guide you through three very different ways of accessing information from deep within yourself. Chakra balancing explores the energy centers of the body and the qualities they offer to each one of us. Spirit guides provide several archetypal perspectives and encourage your imagination to discover qualities that are within you but that you have not yet discovered. And Regression takes one to a place in the past where lessons were learned but perhaps forgotten. You will have the opportunity to explore those lessons in a safe setting and decide how to use this information in a positive manner.
