We will explore in detail the Japanese Origins of Reiki. Join us and learn why so many teaching hospitals are using Reiki in their facilities as a healing modality. 9-6pm $130 New classroom location: 8190 Brecksville Road Suite 204 8 ce's for Massage practitioners NCBTMB 451057-09 Qi Gong 101 Classes resume After a brief pause to create time for me to travel to teach and the Portugal trip we will begin again exploring the five elements of Qi Gong practice in September. Iron Shirt will be our focus to strengthen our tendons and facilitate chi flow. As always meditation will be part of the class and instruction to teach awareness based in the Chinese Medical Qi Gong model. 4 classes weekly Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm $100.00 Wisdom of the 5 Elements Curious why water, fire, wood, metal and earth are so important to the practice of Chinese Medical Qi Gong? Join us and find out about the basics of Chinese fold medicine known as Taoism.
