be in the tao upcoming events this fall
September 2011
Dear mole,

Some very exciting events are coming up this fall. These event are sponsored by other individuals besides myself but I feel that we can all benefit from the information they provide
.
Belly dancing helps us with maintenance of overall health.

Proper eating habits provide us with more available nutrients than junk food.

And I have just recieved my instructor certifications from Lee Holden and Grandmaster Mantak Chia to teach Chi Kung classes for their organizations. I am very honored and ready to rock and roll. October is a busy month! Check out the information and links below.

Chi Nei Tsang Mentorship Program

Chi Nei Tsang abdominal detox classes

I am in the process of coordinating a Chi Nei Tsang mentorship program that leads to certification from Universal Healing Tao and the Chi Nei Tsang Institute. This program is designed for individuals serious about pursuing this healing modality as a career. This is an advanced certification for practitioners looking to bridge eastern and western massage in their practice and bring a depth to thier understanding of Massage, Chi Kung and breath to their practice that they have been searching for. For me it was the 'missing link' in my private practice. Call 216.548.8980 or email me for more details.

Gloria Zabala presents

"Forks over Knives" Screening:

This excellent documentary examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting animal-based and processed foods.  The major storyline in the film traces the personal journeys of a pair of pioneering researchers:  Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.

Back by popular demand, "Forks over Knives" will again be shown at R&R Time Education & Wellness Center.  Come enjoy the afternoon on Sunday, October 9 @ 3:00 pm or the evening of Wednesday, October 12 @ 6:30 pm.  Please call to reserve your spot.  Seating is limited.

Please RSVP @ 440-546-1800

Admission: $5

Gloria has put her money where her mouth is so to speak. She has jumped right on board and changed her relationship with food and shares her experiences with you. I attended a showing earlier this year and found it very informative. I think you will too.
