Dear mole,

Ok, so I sent this other email and lo and behold got one back this morning informing me that my link to nikken did not work and asking why is this water so special anyway. Apparantly your guys really read this stuff so  I have decided to add a little more information for you in the next section.

Pure Water
economical water that tastes good!!!
  • Alkalinized water hydrates at the cellular level increasing absorption of nutrients.
  • Nikken has many models, I personally have the counter model 1360 Aqua pour for several very good reasons:
    • Affordability:  it comes in at $330+ for a countertop model, $340+ for a model that slips into a water cooler.
    • Portability: it can be broken down and taken camping, traveling etc in minutes
    • Ease of use: Pour acidic tap water in the top and alkalinized water comes out the bottom in minutes after being filtered.
    • Filter Life: is incredible first one to be replaced in 2 years costs approx. $20 bucks. the others last for 5 years. Beats britta hands down.
    • The water is then remineralized... yes there are rocks in the bottom of the container.
  • Technologically:
    • the filter media contains zeolite... the same media in kidney dialysis. Removing bacteria, pesticides, pharmaceuticals etc.
    • gravity fed systems have longer filter life
    • The system contains the technology of Dr Mu Shik Jhon who was a contender for the Nobel prize at the time for this work
  • Taste: best tasting water around.
